Is South West Subsea's services covered by Insurance?
Yes, South West Subsea is a registered mooring contractor with DOT and DBCA. Both standard regulatory bodies that govern the majority of mooring control zones within WA.
How long am I covered for post a mooring inspection?
Inspections and works completed by South West Subsea and all other mooring contractors give you insurance coverage for a term of 12 months post the date of inspection.
Do I receive a report from my inspection?
Yes, South West Subsea will provide you with a fully detailed inspection report covering, your mooring components, wear and condition of components with photographic evidence. Should your mooring require repairs, additionally your report will show the components as found and as left to ensure transparancy between South West Subsea and our clients.
Where are you located?
South West Subsea's workshop is conveniently located in "Vasse" between Busselton and Dunsborough. However, we have clients around the state including, Mandurah, Bunbury, Albany, Bremmer Bay, Augusta, Horrocks, Leeman, Lancelin, Geraldton, Dongara Perth and many more. Talk to us about new mooring lines should you require or a completely new boat mooring, we can help.
How much is a mooring inspection and or repairs?
Our schedule of rates can be obtained from our online booking system, phone call or email. Mooring inspection rates vary from area to area.
